So I'm a little behind the times with the whole blog thing. I've been wanting to post a blog for a while but figured journal writing was good enough. Then I looked at the last entry in my journal and decided I might be a better blogger than journal writer! We shall see! So, what to write....
today is like any other day...Chris is at school and I'm at home with the girls (aka my daughter and dog) Chris only has 1 more week of school and I am so excited to have him around more often. I would be more excited if he were done with school for good but with the rate time is flying he will be done before I know it! Hopefully! We are anticipating a pretty layed back summer. I'm picking up a part time job in the evenings so we can save some money for our new house. I think it will be good for me. I haven't worked since Elodie was born and it will be nice to get out of the house for a couple of hours a night. Plus I think it will be good for both Chris and Elodie. When both of us are home with Elodie she would much rather be with me. I can lock myself in a room and she will sit by the door knocking....Chris always tells me that they have such a great time together when I'm out of the house. Well, they should get alot of time together and I think it will help their relationship alot. Hopefully Elodie will become more of a daddy's girl once the summer is over!
